Self Defense Class - Everyone

Join us to learn life-saving self defense skills and get a great workout! Physical Therapist and self-defense expert, Aristede公爵, will instruct participants in Krav Maga style techniques that can be utilized effectively in a life-or-death situation. 学生 can receive co-curricular credit for attending. Join us for 健康 for our Annual Health and 健康 Day.

Bradley Family Harvest Run (5k and 10k)
Andreasen Center for 健康
9 a.m. (Registration beginning at 8 a.m.)
Come enjoy the beautiful views of bet365中文大学’s central campus and (for the 10k) challenging forest trails. Run past iconic scenes such as the J.N. Andrews Statue, the Globe, and Buller Arch. The 5k and 10k will both be chip-timed, whereas the 1-mile walk is geared toward the experience not the time.

Community Health and 健康 Fair

11 a.m.- 3 p.m.
The free event is for the whole family and will feature local businesses and campus departments providing activities, samples and services geared towards health and wellness. Enjoy time with a trained therapy dog, a chair massage, or a delicious treat from a food truck. 学生 in attendance can enter to win an Apple Watch.

ACW Indoor Triathlon - Everyone

Swim, bike and run to complete the first ever Andreasen Indoor Triathlon! Not sure you can tackle all three challenges? 没有问题! Compete with a team of 2-3 individuals. All racers will receive a t-shirt and participation medal, with top finishers receiving special awards.
